Warranty and return conditions

Many quality assurance measures are taken to ensure that goods arrive in perfect condition. It is very important that you check your purchase upon arrival.

Delivery is carried out by experienced forwarders, so you can be sure that you will receive the ordered product in perfect condition.

All sofas and cabinet furniture are assembled from high-quality and safe for health components. We closely monitor market trends and select only the best suppliers of materials for our factories.

Technical Control Department is responsible for full compliance of models with all existing norms and quality standards. At the same time, we responsibly bear the assumed warranty obligations to the buyer.

 

The warranty period for our furniture is 12 calendar months.


Exchange and Return Policy


  • Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 calendar days of purchase.
  • Return or exchange of goods is possible if the packaging, presentation and consumer properties of the goods are preserved, as well as a document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the specified goods;
  • In case of refusal of the goods upon delivery, the client pays for the delivery service.


Upon receipt of the goods, the Buyer must carefully check its quantity, quality and assortment for compliance with the accompanying documents and the order. After signing the sales receipt, the Buyer loses the right to make claims that can be identified upon acceptance of the goods.

Products assembled by the buyer independently (not by the Seller's specialists) are not covered by the Seller's warranty. Also, the warranty does not cover damage to the goods received in the course of self-delivery and lifting of the goods.

 



Refund

 

Cash refunds are not accepted when making online payments with payment cards. The return procedure is governed by the rules of international payment systems:

  1. The consumer has the right to refuse the goods at any time before its transfer; after the transfer of the goods, the refusal must be issued within 14 days;
  2. Return of goods of good quality is possible if its presentation, consumer properties, as well as a document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the specified goods are preserved;
  3. The consumer does not have the right to refuse goods of good quality, having individually defined properties, if the specified goods can be used exclusively by the person acquiring it;
  4. In case of refusal of the goods by the consumer, the seller must return to him the amount of money paid by the consumer no later than ten days from the date the consumer presents the relevant demand.

For a refund to a bank card, you must fill out the “Application for the return of funds”, which is sent by the company to the email address upon request, and send it along with a copy of an identity document to a addressy marketer@ashleyhome.kz.

 

For a refund of funds for operations carried out with errors, you must apply in writing and attach a copy of an identity document and checks / receipts confirming the erroneous write-off. This application must be sent to marketer @ashleyhome.kz

 

The refund amount will be equal to the purchase amount. The term for consideration of the Application and the return of funds begins to be calculated from the moment the Company receives the Application and is calculated in business days, excluding holidays/weekends.

 

 

Payment Denied Cases:


  • the bank card is not intended for making payments via the Internet, which can be found out by contacting your Issuing Bank;
  • not enough funds for payment on a bank card. You can find out more about the availability of funds on a payment card by contacting the bank that issued the bank card;
  • bank card details are entered incorrectly;
  • the bank card has expired. The validity period of the card is usually indicated on the front side of the card (this is the month and year until which the card is valid). You can find out more about the validity period of the card by contacting the issuing bank.
